Google Mail now offers the option to add images for display in an email. You can choose to upload images from your computer or directly from the web.
How to add an Image to an Email

Log in to your Google Mail account.

Tap the [COMPOSE] button. A "New Message" pop-up box comes out in the lower-right corner of the screen.

Complete your message as usual, and then position your cursor where you would like the image to be inserted.

From the bottom toolbar, click on the icon with an image of mountains to insert a photo.

In the resulting dialogue box, you can navigate to the desired image using one of the following options:

Under the [Photos] tab, choose an image from your Google Photos.

Under the [Albums] tab, choose an album name to select an image from your Google Albums.

Under the [Upload] tab, you can either drag and drop an image into the text box or click [Choose photos to upload] to select an image from your computer.

Under the [Web Address (URL)] tab, you can enter or paste the image URL into the provided field.
- When you have selected an image, simply click on the [Insert] button.
