30-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to INSSTRO's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
1. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund.
2. INSSTRO support will reply within one working day. After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
3. Return the goods.
4. After the goods are received, INSSTRO will arrange a refund within 2 business days.
INSSTRO One-Year Limited Warranty Policy
Thank you for shopping with INSSTRO. We are an authorized reseller of Godox and other premium brands of photographic products. We offer a one-year warranty for most products, 3 months warranty for Lithium batteries.
All warranties begin from the date the product is received. For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to INSSTRO's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Orders can't be refunded over 30 days. For orders over 30 days, we offer replacement or repair service.
- Returns must include all accessories;
- Items must include original packaging;
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For warranty claims related to product quality, INSSTRO will refund the full cost of the product.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
How To Return
Eligible product(s) must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Please contact our Customer Service or visit our Online Returns Center and we will guide you through the process.
Please return the whole product to us and share us the return tracking number, we will check after we receive it. If everything is fine, we will refund you without delay.
